Eligibility

Referral bonuses are available for successful candidate placements that complete a minimum 90-day probationary period. Facility referrals qualify upon execution of a client engagement and successful first placement.

New Referrals Only

The referred candidate or organization must not already be in active communication with or previously submitted to Kace Premier Medical Talent at the time of referral.

Bonus Qualification

Referral bonuses are issued only after eligibility criteria have been met and verified. Bonuses are not guaranteed until placement and probation requirements are fulfilled.

Compliance & Ethics

Referral bonuses are issued in accordance with program guidelines and applicable employer or government ethics policies. Referrers are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to receive referral bonuses.

Payment Terms

Approved referral bonuses will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following eligibility confirmation.
