Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Washington, DC
Compensation: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time and PRN, Day Shifts
Setting: Skilled Nursing & Sub-Acute Care

Facility Overview
A skilled nursing and sub-acute care facility focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and resident-centered care within a team-oriented environment.

Position Summary / Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, and conduct speech therapy programs for residents
· Facilitate rehabilitation following illness, disease, or injury
· Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
· Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements
· Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
· Licensed or eligible to practice in the state and in good standing
· Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CF)
· Prior experience in the field preferred
