Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Hayward, CA
Compensation: $42-$62/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week, no weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center / Nursing Home

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation outcomes
Requirements
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license
• Experience in rehabilitation or SNF settings preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
