Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Fremont, CA
Compensation: $42-$62/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week, no weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center / Nursing Home

Facility Overview
A healthcare organization specializing in skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for post-acute patients.

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with care teams to support rehabilitation outcomes

Requirements
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license
• Experience in SNF or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
