Position Title: Regional Technical Specialist
Location: Sacramento, CA, 95814
Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 Per Year
Schedule: Full Time | Remote
Setting: Clinical Diagnostics / Laboratory Sales

Facility Overview
A clinical diagnostics organization focused on developing precision-based diagnostic testing solutions that support patient care, disease profiling, therapeutic selection, and disease monitoring.

  • Candidate can be located anywhere in Northern California.
  • Territory is Fresno up to the most northern border of California
  • MUST have been selling for a clinical lab, and specialty labs are preferred

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Promote diagnostic products and services to healthcare practitioners, clinical staff, and decision-makers throughout the assigned territory
• Develop and execute customer communication and sales strategies to increase product utilization and territory growth
• Educate healthcare providers on diagnostic testing solutions, reimbursement guidance, ordering logistics, and product value for patient care

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 3+ years in clinical laboratory or diagnostics sales
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills with healthcare providers
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office products, with strong organizational and time management abilities
