Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist for a healthcare rehabilitation opportunity in Seaford, Delaware 19973. Help patients improve communication, cognitive-communication abilities, and swallowing function through individualized care.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs as appropriate to the assigned caseload.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing recommendations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care and discharge planning.
• Complete accurate evaluations, treatment notes, and progress documentation.
Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Delaware SLP license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Clinical competence appropriate to the assigned caseload.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
