Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Hayward, CA
Compensation: $56-$61/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week, no weekend rotation

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment interventions
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
• Current Physical Therapist license
• Experience in SNF or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
