Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to short-term and long-term care patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work one weekend day per month
