Permanent Placement | $50–$55 per hour
Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant for a permanent placement opportunity in Alameda, California. Support patients in improving daily function and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment interventions within the Occupational Therapist’s established plan of care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, therapeutic exercises, and adaptive strategies.
• Observe patient responses and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Reinforce patient and caregiver education.
• Complete accurate treatment documentation and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.
• Follow applicable supervision requirements and professional scope of practice.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current California OTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care under OT supervision.
