Position Title: Occupational Therapist, Willows, CA
Location: Willows, CA
Compensation: Up to $58/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, no weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center

A small skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider focused on post-acute patient recovery and therapy services.

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment interventions
• Support patients in improving daily living and functional skills
• Document therapy services and patient progress accurately

Requirements
• Current Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
