Position Title: Infectious Disease Physician
Location: Bartlett, TN
Compensation: $290,000–$320,000 base salary + productivity bonuses (approx. $314,000–$464,000 total compensation) + sign-on bonus + quarterly bonus + retention bonus + relocation assistance
Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | No Nights or Weekends

Facility Overview
A community-focused outpatient healthcare center is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to join its mission-driven clinical team.

Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient infectious disease and primary care services for patients with chronic and acute medical conditions
• Manage patient care, review diagnostic results, and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely documentation, prescription management, and patient follow-up to support quality outcomes

Requirements
• MD or DO with active state medical license, valid DEA registration, and Infectious Disease Board Certification
• Prior Infectious Disease Physician experience required
• Current CPR/BLS certification and ability to obtain AAHIVM certification within 18 months of hire
