Position Title: Director of Rehabilitation
Location: Stockton, CA
Compensation: $45-$60/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, no weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center / Nursing Home

A rehabilitation-focused skilled nursing provider delivering post-acute therapy and patient recovery services.
Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Lead daily rehabilitation department operations and therapy staff
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with rehabilitation policies and clinical standards
Requirements
• Current therapy licensure required
• Leadership experience in rehabilitation services preferred
• Candidates with only COTA or PTA credentials are not eligible
